We have been home all week because of Spring break and decided to go to the zoo on tuesday! We had so much fun even though it was a little cold outside. Addison has only been one other time and it was last July so she didn't remember anything from the first time. She also loves her Aunt Kate and her Nana and they got to go with us this time. She has really become interested in animals and the noises they make. As we walked through the zoo she would tell you what each animal was and the sound they made. Her favorites were the monkeys and the ducks. Anything that resembled a duck to her was a duck and it was so cute watching her get so excited to see all the animals.
I am so glad I was asked to go on this trip to the zoo.
ReplyDeleteWe started out with Addison in the stroller but Addison loved to walk and and sling her arm. So-o-o cute! She is Ms. Independent. She didn't want to hold your hand and tried to get away from us.
She truly loved the animals. She didn't like the snakes. That was a different story. How do they know at such a young age?
I enjoyed being with Katie and Erica too. It was a relaxing but cold day.
